For the “next 60 days,” that is through May 11, 2020, AT&T will waive overage charges for data, voice or text for residential customers. AT&T will waive late payment fees and will not terminate any service due to late payment.
Customers who are unable to pay their bill due to hardship during the COVID 19 outbreak are urged to all AT&T at 611.
Customers may see charges show up on their bills and they will need to call to have them removed.
